Please get in touch to say hello, book me for an event or make an enquiry about my mentoring services.
I grew up in Hampshire and read History at the University of York before living and working in a community for people with learning differences near Dover. Later, after several years as a commissioning editor, I spent time in Kiev, Moscow and Islamabad before settling in Winchester with my four children. I have a doctorate in Creative Arts and I’ve written extensively for young people. I now lecture in creative writing and for a number of years worked as Director of the Winchester Writers’ Festival and led the Creative Writing MA programmes at the University of Winchester.
Snegurochka is my first novel for adults. I am working on a second.
